Privacy notice

This notice covers the Lagrange Mastering website and enquiries sent to the studio through the contact form and track uploads.

1. Controller and contact

The controller is Alessandro Ciuffetti, Lagrange Mastering, VAT ID IT04242570408. Studio contact address: Via Cella di Raibano 20, Misano Adriatico (RN), Italy. Privacy enquiries: alessandro@alessandrociuffetti.com.

2. Data and purposes

Email or WhatsApp enquiries provide your contact details and message. These are used to respond, discuss your project and prepare a requested quote. Pre-contractual enquiries rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Other relevant correspondence requires assessment of the legitimate interest in managing communications under Article 6(1)(f). Details are not automatically used for newsletters or advertising.

The form sends your name, email, optional project name and message to Formspree to deliver the enquiry to the studio inbox. Formspree also processes technical data and spam filtering. See Formspree privacy. Submission history availability depends on the Formspree plan; this limit does not necessarily mean the data is deleted. Delivered emails remain in the inbox under the controller’s retention practices.

If you submit tracks through Fidbak, the service processes your audio files, details and messages to enable listening, project assessment and collaboration. The embedded form connects only after enabling it in preferences and opening uploads; you can also open the service externally. Data necessary for a quote or work are processed under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Fidbak states that its servers are in France and describes cookies and analytics services in its privacy notice.

Email enquiries are handled in the Microsoft 365 mailbox provided through GoDaddy, to reply and retain professional correspondence. The providers’ notices also apply: Microsoft and GoDaddy.

3. Browsing and external services

OpenAI Sites hosting and its infrastructure may process technical data including IP addresses, requests, access and security information. No traffic analytics or advertising pixels have been added to the site code.

Credit artwork may load from Spotify or Muso.ai image providers, communicating technical data including IP addresses to their servers. Muso.ai credits are requested by this site’s server. Spotify players are blocked until you allow them. This choice is optional and can be withdrawn.

Links to WhatsApp, Google, Spotify and Muso.ai open external services governed by their own notices. This site does not embed a Google reviews widget.

4. Recipients and international transfers

Hosting and communication providers and authorised people handling enquiries may process data. International services may involve processing outside the EEA. For data hosted by this site, OpenAI acts as a processor under the ChatGPT Sites Data Processing Addendum, incorporated into the service terms and also applicable to individual accounts. Exclusive EU data residency has not been selected. Formspree states that it uses US infrastructure and standard contractual clauses as a processor; the agreements applicable to the account still require confirmation. Fidbak’s role for submitted files and applicable agreements also require confirmation. You may request a copy of applicable safeguards from the controller. 5. Retention

The site remembers cookie choices for 183 days. The visual theme preference stays in your browser until deleted. Provider technical logs follow the retention periods of their respective services. Enquiries that do not lead to work and their associated files are retained for no more than 12 months after the last communication, with periodic review and deletion, unless legal obligations or the protection of rights require longer retention. Enquiries that become commissions follow the rules for the professional relationship.

6. Your choices and rights

Contacting us is optional; a reply requires a contact address. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability and objection. You can withdraw external-content consent without affecting previous processing. Contact alessandro@alessandrociuffetti.com. You may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority. The site code does not implement automated decisions producing legal effects.
